I already have hosting and a domain. Can I get something else instead?
To place an order, we offer 1 year of hosting and a domain as a gift, and it’s not possible to request a replacement with another feature.
However, you have the option to transfer your existing domain and hosting to us at no additional cost. In doing so, your domain will be extended by 1 year, and your hosting will be free for 1 year following the order.
How does the payment process work?
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- Via PayPal: Using a PayPal account or a credit card.
- Installment Payment: In three installments, according to the following schedule:
- 1st installment: 40% at the time of order
- 2nd installment: 40% at the first review
- 3rd installment: 20% upon project delivery
Full access and training materials are only available after the total amount has been paid.

How long does it take to complete the website?
The time required to complete the website depends on various factors. However, if you request only the basic features listed in the offer, we can commit to delivering the website within two weeks. During this time, there will be a review phase where we will ask for your feedback. In this phase, you will have the opportunity to modify and fine-tune the content.
If you want additional pages or extra features beyond those included in the offer, the price and timeline will be adjusted accordingly, as these requests require extra work. The exact changes will be discussed based on your specific needs.
Who provides the textual and visual content for the website?
The website’s content is primarily provided by you. You can choose from the following options:

If you supply the website’s text and images yourself, they will be used exactly as you envision. This ensures that the website accurately reflects your business’s style and message. -
If you don’t provide the content on time:
If the content is not delivered on time, the website will temporarily be filled with placeholder text and images tailored to match the nature of your business. These placeholders will ensure the site is functional until the final content is ready. -
If you want us to create the content:
For an additional fee, we can create the website’s text and select suitable images for you. This allows for professional-quality content, but keep in mind that using your own photos and writing in your unique style helps the website truly reflect your brand’s authenticity and uniqueness.
In what format should the materials be sent?

Text should be provided in Google Docs format, with the desired formatting. This makes it easy for us to transfer the content and ensure it appears on the website in the correct structure. -
Images:
Images should be uploaded to a Google Drive folder and shared with us. It’s important that the images are high-resolution and unedited, so they look great on the website. Please avoid sending low-resolution images (e.g., images as small as 15 KB cannot be used).Make sure to include both portrait and landscape-oriented images to allow for variety in different sections of the website. If the images were taken by a photographer, please include their consent for any modifications needed to fit the website’s requirements.
What happens if I don’t send the images and text on time?
You have the option to reschedule the project start date once to a later time.
Alternatively, we can begin designing your website without the images and text. In this case, we will use free stock photos and placeholder text, and the website will be delivered in this format.
If you send us the content within 2 weeks after the website is delivered, we will upload it for you free of charge. However, after the 2-week period, content updates will only be made at the current hourly rate (currently 9,000 HUF/hour).
How many languages will the website support?
The website will initially be in one language. However, if you need a multilingual version, the cost and timeline for this will be discussed separately.
Will the website be mobile-friendly?
Yes, the website will be mobile-friendly, as we exclusively create responsive websites.
This is essential because responsive websites automatically adapt to different screen sizes across devices. With more people browsing on smartphones and tablets, it’s crucial for your website to display well on all devices.
